Mr. Tariq, the manager, really stood out for his genuine care and attention. His efforts to ensure satisfaction made our family feel welcomed. The accessibility to shops and a plethora of food outlets nearby added immense value to our stay. we enjoyed a beautiful view of the city that was quite uplifting each morning.
The overall aesthetics of the hotel felt a bit dated.

Upon check-in, I found my room to be tired-looking and in need of a refresh. the wear and tear was noticeable. Elevators are often overcrowded, making it a challenge to get to your room quickly. while I appreciated the extra bed they provided, the overall cleanliness of the room left something to be desired, which wouldn’t fly in more competitive markets. I noticed that the narrow, slippery staircases were a safety concern, especially under heavy foot traffic. This place operates on the assumption that visitors will return due to its location, which feels a bit lackadaisical about maintaining standards. Room amenities were outdated and generally uninspiring, giving off a vibe that they don't care enough about this high-traffic clientele.
