Al Ritz Al Madinah Hotel - Medina

The service was commendable, and the elevators made moving around easy, although they were quite busy. I’d suggest adding religious touristic visit banners. a few maintenance issues, like the air-conditioning and outdated amenities, detracted from the experience.

The room with 4 beds was best value. The accommodation had a central location near the prophet's mosque. It was also not far from shops and restaurants, market and parking, and the masjid nabawi.

It was adequate, impressive and with comfy bed. The location was particularly good, just a pleasant stroll away from Al Masjid a Nabawi Mosque. And we were adjacent to the Prophets Mosque and shopping areas, the great mosque and Medina.

The provided database was impressive, offering a wealth of local information and recommendations. This feature enhanced my experience, helping me explore the area efficiently.

I did encounter a downside: my initial room was quite small, lacking the facilities of the advertised double room. the air conditioner wasn't functioning properly, leaving the room uncomfortably hot until I got moved the next morning.

Witin walking distance to Haram.

Not much choice on the buffet breakfast and food was not very tasty. Elevators are not enough. Most of the time had to wait longer for the elevator as it is fully occupied.

Staff and attitude no service and no respect for Customers

I had a fantastic stay at the hotel, especially given the great value for the price. The location was perfect, just a short walk to the Haram, and the staff were super friendly and helpful throughout our visit.

Food for breakfast could use a bit more variety.

Had central location in northern area close to HARAM. Reasonably spacious and luxury units in lower floors, thoroughly enjoyed it.

The location is unbeatable, just a quick 4-5 minute walk to the mosque. The staff were super friendly and helpful, which made my trip even better. I really enjoyed the clean room and appreciated the 24-hour room service when I needed a late-night snack.

I did face a few issues. The noise from the hallway and the elevators was pretty distracting at night. Plus, some fittings in the bathroom seemed a bit outdated. A better breakfast package would’ve been nice too, since I found it a bit pricey!

We had a wonderful experience at al ritz. the location was super close to the masjid, just a quick 2-3 minute walk. the staff, especially ms. rawan, were friendly and professional. we received an upgrade to a spacious suite, which made our stay extra special.

Not one thing! 😅.

The location was pretty good and the price was reasonable compared to the other hotel. Room was not ready when I arrived and they gave me another room right away.

The TV was small, you dont hear the adan ( call for prayer in the room) the so called sofa bed was not cleaned and their were pistachio nuts under the sofa cushions. when we first arrived our room was not ready and was asked to wait for 15 minutes for them to prepare the room. the free breakfast was useless.

Sweet as location, only a 3-minute walk to the mosque, but the room felt a bit cramped and the shower was a pain to use. Friendly staff, though!

The breakfast spread is excellent. Don't miss it! It's perfect to fuel your day before exploring.
